French Macarons seem to be making a huge comeback – not that they ever were out of style. The most famous macarons are probably those from Ladurée in Paris. However, several bakeries stateside are giving the French a run for their money. Boule is a fabulous bakery in Los Angeles that sells delicious macarons in flavors like Rose Petal Rasberry and Matcha Green Tea.

I really want to try the macarons at Paulette in Beverly Hills. Award-winning French chef Christophe Michalak creates macarons in flavors such as Violet Cassis, New Orleans Praline and Columbian Coffee.

Finally, here are some macarons from the famous bakery Payard in New York City.
